Our Business Philosophy

We understand the stress and anxiety that many clients
feel when confronted with legal matters such as a DUI or
a family break-up. We will do everything that we can to
make your experience with the legal process as free from
emotional frustration as possible. We listen, advise, and
counsel because we care about the client as well as the
case.
We believe that your case should be handled quickly
and economically.
Our Fees
We offer flat rates for most of our legal services. We
believe you should have some certainty in your life
during this difficult time.
Here are a few examples of our fees:
Uncontested Divorce $400 [no children]
Uncontested Divorce $475 [with children]
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy $491
Simple Wills $175
The above examples are attorney's fees only. The client will be
responsible for any court filing fees and court imposed fines and fess ,
if any. The client is also responsible for all direct costs regarding his or
her case. All details regarding costs and fees will be explained during
our initial meeting.
